We love this shape so much we based two jumpers on it (the other one is here).

This one is knitted with a brushed mohair blend, with contrast stripes in merino wool. The nubbly yarn in each colourway is hand spun, botanically dyed and unrepeatable, meaning that each cocoon si slightly different from all others.

The simple shape fits and flatters a wide array of body types, and strikes a beautiful balance between cozy and elegant. The dangling yarn ends - which can be cut shorter - are a reminder that each cocoon is carefully made by a single knitter and finished by hand, and a celebration of the beautiful fibres.

A loose knit and breathable yarn makes it ideal for transitional weather. When layered, it is snuggly warm.

FIT The standard sizes measures about 58cm across the chest (116 in the round), 52cm front length and 54cm back length. If you'd like a different size, please get in touch.

COMPOSITION Main yarn: 78% mohair | 13% merino wool | 9% nylon || rust contrast: 100% hand dyed merino wool

CARE The fibres that make up this garment are naturally anti-bacterial as well as odour and stain resistant. Only clean when visibly dirty or before putting away for a season. Hand wash in lukewarm water. Use a mild detergent or shampoo; do not wring or rub. Roll in a towel and squeeze out excess water; lay flat to dry, making sure to reshape while damp. Once dry a steam iron can be moved across the fabric to fluff up fibres. Store flat.
